Oliver Fügmann - Business Development Manager
Mr. Fügmann is responsible for planning and directing all aspects of the organization’s business development policies, objectives and initiatives including the management of all internal and external corporate marketing strategies, communications and public relations activities. Mr. Fügmann initiates new business opportunities and contracts with new clients as well as maintains and builds relationships with our existing clients. His responsibilities also include fostering and developing community projects and partnerships.
Frank Brush - Sales, Estimator, Project Manager
Mr. Brush is responsible for hands on management of the company's construction projects. Mr. Brush manages a diverse portfolio of projects. His responsibilities include preparing and managing project schedules, management of employees, directing Tri State tradesmen as well as coordination between the architect, owner and customer.
Peter Gonzales - Chief Estimator, Senior Project Manager, Construction Division
Mr. Gonzales is responsible to forecast project costs, gather details and compile data to estimate all construction costs according to plans and specifications. He considers all materials, labor, equipment, tools, and subcontract costs for our job estimats. Mr. Gonzales manages and prepares employees work scopes and helps to determine necessary resources for projects based on cost estimates and budgetary constraints. He is familiar with industry standard concepts, practices, and procedures within all construction trades.
Jonathan Cohen- Sales, Project Manager, Construction Division
Mr. Cohen is responsible for sales and management of all our company's large and complex construction projects. Being the owner of Tape construction, he has built over 250 custom homes, many design/build commercial projects such as 1st Community Bank and Greenway Offices. Further he has completed over two hundred large interior finish commercial contracts for Christ Fellowship Church in Palm Beach, Mariners Cay, American Heart Association, Publix Supermarkets, Home Depot, Walgreens, Engle Homes, MI homes and St Andrews. His responsibilities include complete coordination of projects from inception to completion between the architect, owner, customer and subcontractors. He also prepares and manages work scopes, contracts, schedules and cost control on behalf of the owner.
John Cowell - Project Manager, Construction Division
Mr. Cowell is responsible for hands on management of the company's construction projects. Mr. Cowell manages a diverse portfolio of projects with a concentration on the construction division. His responsibilities include complete coordination of projects from inception to completion between the architect, owner, customer and subcontractors. He also prepares and manages work scopes, contracts, schedules and cost control on behalf of the owner.
